we have a imageRunner Advance DX C5850. When using Secure Print is there way to keep the document title from showing up in the print log?

Is there a way to set a IR C5250 to print B&W only as default other than setting in each user's printer profile (Win 11). Our C5250 is being used as a replacement for a IR1435 and we do not need (or want) color printing.
imagePROGRAF PRO-4000 incorrectly says paper has run out
I have a pro 4000. Sometimes when I use 44" heavier paper like hahmemuhle photo pearl 320the machine stops printing and tells me it has run out of paper long before the roll is used up. Does anyone know how to correct this problem?
