imagePROGRAF PRO-4100 Moving process taking too long

Good day everyone 

I started the process to prepare to move my printer outdoors to another location but the process seems to take a very long time, So far more than 3,5 hours. Is that possible? I just wanted to get a feel for how much time it needs or if there is a problem.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We've made two imagePROGRAF models with the number 4100 in their name, so please let us know whether you're using the imagePROGRAF PRO-4100 or the TX-4100.  That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
