I have bought a ImagePROGRAF TA-20 MFP together with a L24ei scanner. The printer is connected to my computer by USB cable and works fine. As I tried to use the LCD touch screen mounted on the scanner to setup the connection between the scanner and my computer, the screen doesn't show any available computers or printers. I also installed ScanApp Lei in the computer and tried to search the scanner but without success either. The scanner is connected to the printer by the Ethernet cable coming with the package. My computer is with Windows 11. It will be very appreciated if someone can help! Thanks for reading!
