I have an IR-ADV 4525 that had a working FTP but is now giving error 751.
We are migrating to Azure and so had to change over the drives, but the IP is set on the new FTP server to match and can be accessed through port 21 just fine with the credentials I've put in the printer.
-The IP address is set and the network works.(I can only access this printer through the web console, so I know the network is working.)
-The FTP is set as an Address List One-Touch:
-The IP (192.168.253.238) is set as the FTP in IIS
Since I was having issues with FTP, I tried setting up SMTP to be able to email. It gets an 801 error.
-I'm setup through Office 365.
-The connection to the server works.
-Its setup for SMTP auth as well.
Any ideas what could be blocking?
