No idea what printer you are working with.  You can contact the parts department.

im in the UK, the last time I rang Canon support they weren’t much help so

Thanks for joining the conversation, Shonashoe!  For the sake of clarity for future readers, please let us know which imagePROGRAF printer model you're using.  We've made two different models with the number 2000 in their name, so be sure to specify whether you're using the imagePROGRAF PRO-2000 or the imagePROGRAF GP-2000.

We look forward to your reply!

I believe Canon is going to be your best bet.  Repair documentation is not typically available to the public. I've found this to be the case with other printer manufacturers as well.  You should also find out if what you need can actually be purchased.  I don't know what is available, so again Canon would be the best source to ask.

"I can't get through to them" means what?  You called and they didn't answer. The phone was busy.  Register your product. You'll see your support options. Canon provides a ways for you to contact them.  A printer repair shop is another option if you don't want to work with the manufacturer.

Did you ever get this resolved.  My Pro-2000 has just broken the exact same part.  Looks identical to your photo.
