imagePROGRAF iPF750 error code 03130031-2F26

I have an hardware error code 03130031-2F26 on our Imageprograf ipf750. It has to do with carriage operation. I have cleaned the track, unplugged and restarted (multiple times) and  checked for obstructions. I am still not able to clear the code. 

What can I do?

I am currently using the ipf6400 and am having this issue. I tried wiping the rod and turning the printer on service mode. Printhead moves fine but I cant even run a nozzle check without the error code coming on shortly after starting up. Any information would be greatly appreciated
