 Is there a way to remove the print head carriage completely?! it’s snapped off from the part that’s attached to the belt and I need to replace it asap 

My image prograf 2000 keeps showing the error code EC31-2F1Cit says turn off, wait, then turn back on - that worked for a while (whenever it finished printing the error would show so I’d turn off and on and it’d be fine again!) but now it won’t goim ...
