imagePROGRAF PRO-2000 Error code EC31-2F1C

My image prograf 2000 keeps showing the error code EC31-2F1C

it says turn off, wait, then turn back on - that worked for a while (whenever it finished printing the error would show so I’d turn off and on and it’d be fine again!) but now it won’t go

im not sure what more to do than I already have but any suggestions would be helpful!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using.  We have two printers in the imagePROGRAF series with the number 2000 in their name, specifically the imagePROGRAF PRO-2000 and the imagePROGRAF GP-2000.
