I have a canon TA-20 for about a year and recently it hasn't been printing quite right. I ran a nozzle check and noticed the print head needed aligned. So I did the alignment and it did not change anything. So I did it multiple times again and its still very misaligned. I'm not sure if this is indicating I need a new printhead or if I'm doing something wrong but I'm getting no response from canon support. Also I'm wondering If I'm able to adjust the printhead angle without actually doing the alignment procedure. (Just opening the door and adjusting it and running nozzle checks instead of going through the steps every time and wasting 10" of paper and 5 minutes of time) This is my first large format printer so all of this is pretty new to me.
