Everytime I try to print, my printer goes through a long ink filling process and then a error message comes up. 03130031-2F13. It tells me to turn off printer, wait and then restart. When I do so, it goes through the same process It will print. I can not seem to find a solution and I have attempted to find a way to contact customer support for out of warranty plotters or worse case scenario contact information to a local authorized tech. that is experienced with this line. btw I didn't know if I should have classified this as a "office printer".
