Poster Artist won't authenticate on a new PC

I have a Canon Imageprograf iPF8300, great printer, and have been using Poster Artist with it, but the PC died and I am trying to install the software on a new PC. I get a license authentication error. I went through all the steps outlined with no luck. I reached out to support and sent the requested file, but have not gotten any response, not even an acknowledgment of the email. Can anyone help me?

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
