MB 2720 How to fix Error Message 7100

Have an error message 7100 on MB 2720. Have tried turning off and unplugging. No paper jams. Is there a way to reset printer to get it back to normal?

Hello,I have a Image CLASS MFb42Cdw, the print quality is poor. It was printing just fine, don't know what the issue could be. Any help at all is appreciated. Haven't used it long enough to have issues.
