I received my new Maxify MB2720 through the Warranty Exchange program from Canon. What do I do with the broken printer? Do I need to return it or just dispose of it?
Trust me I have been trying for weeks to get through to them. The wait has been over 30 minutes everytime. I just want to get this big box out of my space.
Actually there was a pouch on the box (ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX). It had a master pack list in it, but no return shipping label. THE (removed personal information) and the ship date listed on the slip is 9/18/2020.
