Warranty Exchange replacement

I received my new Maxify MB2720 through the Warranty Exchange program from Canon.  What do I do with the broken printer?  Do I need to return it or just dispose of it?

Hi pigpantry,

 

On the outside of the box that your replacement shipped in, there is a plastic pouch with the return shipping label.

 

Please place your original MAXIFY MB2720 in the box and use that shipping label to return the original printer.

 

 

 

There was no pouch on the outside of the box.  Is there anyway to get the return shipping label emailed to me?  Thanks so much.

Actually there was a pouch on the box (ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX).  It had a master pack list in it, but no return shipping label.  THE (removed personal information) and the ship date listed on the slip is 9/18/2020.

Trust me I have been trying for weeks to get through to them.   The wait has been over 30 minutes everytime. I just want to get this big box out of my space.
