Canon MB2720 Black Half Missing

My Canon MB2720 is printing only half the black.  See the alignment page below. Tried to clean the timing strip as suggested by another post but the problem persists.  In that thread, same issue was experienced by another user. His alignment printout looked exactly same as mine.

Based on your description of the issue, it would appear as though your MAXIFY MB2720 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
