I have a cannon imageclass 8580cdw and it is printing thick black lines through prints and color

I own a cannon imageclass 8580cdw is printing thick black lines thru everything and colored lines thru everything what is going on with this machine please help.

I have a Canon Maxify MB5360. The LCD Screen is dead. I have a constant orange light on.
