I am writing to tell you about the problem that I have with "Canon imageCLASS MF236n All in One”.
We use this device in our office via the network. I setup the scanner settings in “Canon MF Scan Utility” to scan documents as a pdf file.
when we use feeder to scan documents and send it to a computer in our network, after a short time (Just after scan 7-10 sheets), “Paper Jammed” occurs and we should remove the papers and cancel the scan job.
I Hope you can give me some advice to solve this problem.
