imageCLASS MF236n How to scan multiple pages to one file

Just purchased this printer/scanner. I followed the directions to have a multiple page scan be saved to one file. Just will not do it. Tried both feeder and flatbed. Can anyone help me figure this out? Thanks

Check the settings in the MF Scan Utility.

Leaving the setting on .PDF allows multiple pages to be saved in one file.  

Selecting divide into single page files creates individual files for each scanned page.
