Recently has started not letting me select my PC for saving doc, and today ran test print and keeps processing and not doing anything. Replaced low cartridge and won't identify that now. Any suggestions. Do not have Service Center in area.
Was taking info from 2nd person. Seems that they put in cartridge in wrong and slide won't move back, is jammed to right. Manual says not to open case, so how would I correct this problem. No Service centers within 75 mile range.Thanks for any ifo yo...
