Canon MB2020 Won't print

Recently has started not letting me select my PC for saving doc, and today ran test print and keeps processing and not doing anything. Replaced low cartridge and won't identify that now. Any suggestions. Do not have Service Center in area.

"Not", "can't" and "won't" are great descriptions, but they don't tell us what you did or what happened when you did it.

 

You haven't told us what OS you are running or how the printer is connected?  What precedeed the behavior, when did it last work, what's changed?

 

Are there any error messages being displayed?

 

Have you turned the printer off and back on?  Confirmed the new printer cartridges are installed correctly, fully seated, etc?

Was taking info from 2nd person. Seems that they put in cartridge in wrong and slide won't move back, is jammed to right. Manual says not to open case, so how would I correct this problem. No Service centers within 75 mile range.
