MB2120 - tons of white streaks - have done deep cleaning

Hi, all you smart people. My Canon MB 2120 is printing lots of white streaks. I did just put in a new OEM Canon Black print cartridge, but I believe this started just prior to my putting in the new cartridge. All the other cartridges were low as well and I just replaced them. I have done 2 regular nozzle cleanings and a deep cleaning. No help. I am willing to manually clean the nozzles, but I don't quite understand how I can get to them. Any help would be appreciated.
