PIXMA G6020 error 6800

Hi. When I try and print anything I get an error 6800 and it says to see the manual. The manual doesn't have any error code 6800. Suggestions? Thanks in advance. Don

MG7520 open cover message ???

Have a MG7520 that keeps saving cover is open in the middle of printing. Comes on and goes off several times while printing with nothing being touched. Cover is secure.

When scanning photos, the usually part of the edge gets cut off....how can I fix this?

Usually when scanning photos, my Canon MG7520 scanner finds the outer edge of the photo but it usually cuts off one of the edges. how can I fix this? (I'm not sure if it matters, but I am using a Mac w/ the Yosemite operating system.
