I just bought a PIXMA TS32720 printer. I'm trying to set it up but it's not recognizing the ink that came with it. I'm getting an E05 error message and the lights next to both the 'black ink' and 'color ink' indicators are blinking. Before you suggest it I've already removed the orange tape off the printer and the ink cartridges, I've made sure the ink cartridges are in the right spot and I've turned the machine on and off again.
