PIXMA TS3720 printer will not copy text docs

TS3720 printer stopped printing text docs in that when page prints out no text shows. Photo file formats do print fine.

I updated driuvers,switched  usb cable to no  avail.

Any ideas?

• Disable Advanced Features: If using Windows, you can disable advanced printing features. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click your printer, select Printer Properties, navigate to the Advanced tab, and uncheck "Enable advanced printing features."
