I bought a Canon MG6853 and successfully installed it yesterday. Today it will not work.

I bought a Canon MG 6853 printer and successfully installed it yesterday.  Today it will not print.  Says there are ports that cannot be used with there current settings.  No idea what to do!

Can I remove top of Canon MG5560 to clean encoder strip for blurry lines of text?

MP495 printer won't print

MP495 printer has always worked great until yesterday. Suddenly it won't print a filled in PDF form (taxes) just a blank form, or a Word doc/ or even a part of one. I am on a iMac mini OS 10.11.3.  Any suggestions? I'm baffled ... Thank you!

My MG8200 printer showing offline

When I try to print, my MG8200 printer is showing as been offline.  I am using a windows machine, operating system is windows 10 and the firmware for the printer is uptodate.  Any suggestions why the printer is showing up as offline

Pixma 7720 Squeaks like a bird is trapped and is very slow

My about a month old Pixma 7720 squeaks like a bird is trapped in it.  Anyone else have this problem.  Also when you send something to print it is "processing" for about 3 minutes before it prints.  Wondering if its defective.
