Why is our MX892 using ink so fast?

Why is our MX892 using ink so fast?  We don't make many copies a day.

My printer will print for a diagnostic test but will not print a document. HELP!!!

My printer will not print any document. I ran a diagnostic test and my printer printed a test document. I tried again to print a document and the box opens in bottom right indicting "printer not responding." HELP!!!

I was trying to scan a document from my printer's flat bed and there was no scan function listed when I select print and looked for SCAN it wasn't there.

just installed a MF628cw it is not switching between Legal size printing and letter size. trick?

Just installed a Mf628cw It will not switch from legal size printing to letter automatically like every printer I've ever run. Is there a trick I'm missing?  Its on a Mac, wired .THanks
