Colors on left edge of print

All, When I pring anything I am getting a rainbow of colors fading from the left edge of the pater for just over an inch. Any ideas?MF8200Cw - Thanks

Tried calling. Does not recognise my model when spoken ImageClass MF8280Cw

Performed the transfer belt and cartridge cleaning as specified in the instructions. Printed a blank piece of paper, no rainbow edge Printed a resume, rainbow edge is there Thanks for the help so far
