18-55/55-250/18-250

I got a Canon T3I for Christmas along with 3 lenses.  The Canon 18-55 and 55-250.  I also received a Sigma 18-250 lens.  Going to The Grand Tetons and Yellowstone in May.  Should I take all 3 lens or just one will be fine?  Thanks in advance.
