PIXMA G4210 replacement print head?

Hello Need to replace the Heat Print for G4210Which one I have to buy ? # number please

I received a code B204 and message on my MX492 printer.

MX492 inkjet printer has a code on the LCD that states B204. The manual said to turn off and contact the service center. Does anyone know what the code indicates?
