PIXMA TR8620a asking for admin password

I have a PIXMA TR 8620a. It is asking for the Admin password. I can't find it. Where can I find it?

The admin password is the serial number of your TR8620a.

When entering the password, please use all capital letters.

I have the same problem.  The password TR8620a isn't working, nor is the serial number.  

And is the user name my name or 'ADMIN'?  Thanks.  Frustrating!
