Pixma ip100 prints one great page, then get paper jam indicator, but no paper jam.

CLeaned cartridge heads.  I do have low ink, but prints 1st page fine.  then 2nd page runs thru blank.  

Pixma mg5420 will not print full page

TS9521C failure to update

The printer requsted to update. I agreed and now I have a blank screnn and a flashing power button light. If I unplug, it begins the update and then say "failed update press start button to try again"
