Hello I recently entered the WIFI password into my MX922 Printer successfully and it will print from my cell Phone just fine, but when I try to print from my Windows 10 Desk top it says ERROR TRYING TO PRINT. any ideas?

When trying to duplex print a document, the first page is always printed without page 2 on the obverse. There after pages 2&3, 4&5, etc. are printed out without a problem. Any ideas for a fix? This happens with Word and PDF documents on my Mac.
