My scanner has stopped working. It appeared to scan but instead of the file appearing there was a notice " an internal error has occured - take the following measures".check scanner status, restart printer, restart computer, re-install scanner driver".
When the first three did not work I re-installed the printer from the printer web page, including drivers - I still get the same message; the printer still works. Is there anything else I can do before I return it for repair/replacement - it is still under warranty.
