WEhy does only one page print instead of several

I have just obtained an MG2950 and find it a complete mystery I have used Brother for yeasrs with no trouble,now when I try to priont several pages from a web page only one page prints!!!!!

picture is not clear and the color is off

Everytime I copy or scan a photo the copy is never as clear and the colors are way off, this is a new printer i just bought. its a mg 5622. How can I fix this? 

Canon MG2920 won't feed paper

My fairly new Canon MG2920 fails to feed the paper all the way and errors with a jammed paper code. It worked fine the first time I set it up.  I cannot find any jammed paper.  Any suggestions? Thanks.
