My Canon MX300 will not print.

I have changed the toner twice. Also help the alarm button down. Also, unplugged and replugged the power cord.

I cannot get the alarm light to go off on my Canon MX300 printer.

I have tried holding down the alarm buttom and also unplugging and replugging the printer.
