My printer MG5300 will not work on some documents

My printer MG5300 works well wirelessly most of the time with both computers at home. However, some documents can't be printed. A box comes up "print to file" and asks for "output file name". I don't know what they are asking. Can anyone tell me?Tks

MX-882 suddenly printing blanks. No apparent maintenance problems - help.

I've had my MX-882 for several years with no problems.  Then suddenly today, nothing prints out.  It sends to print as if everything is normal, but blanks come out of the printer.  I tested for cleaning - said I didn't need cleaning - cleaned anyway ...

Canon Pixma MG5220

I can't print to my printer. It says printer is offline even though my laptop sees the printer. I should mention I just installed this to my laptop by installing the printer drivers because I lost my install cd.
