Pixma MX490..had this printer for about two months and still cannot get it to print. Therefore, just prior to returning it, I am going to try to get to print as a generic printer.
No response to the power button. Kept it pressed down: nothing. Unplugged it and left it for 10 minutes: nothing. Changed the power cord: nothing. Any ideas? It was fine yesterday. The **bleep** thing is only 2 months old.
None of the drivers seem to work at all for scanning on my MG 6320 since my OS upgraded to Catalina. Is there a step I’m missing? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling numerous times and the scan utility is just gone. HELP!
