I recently bought this printer and it worked fine just after installing it, but after a few days it goes off line and will not print. It scans without a problem but nothing will print. I already re-installed the printer and it printed fine again. Same problem after a day, no printing unless I completely re-install the printer. What can I do?

Hi robertosanjuan,
Are you using your PIXMA TR4520 with Windows? If so, what version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
Also, please follow these steps:
1. Please press the wrench and screwdriver button on your printer
2. Use the right arrow to select Device settings and press OK
3. Use the right arrow to select LAN settings and press OK
4. Use the right arrow to select Print LAN details and press OK
Two pages will print.
On the first page that printed, what is listed next to 3-2-1 Signal Strength?
