Error is 5200

How do I resolve if there is sufficient ink in the containers?Do I have to replace the ink cartridges?If so, how often is replacement required?And, finally, how do you do it?Thank you.

Resetting language on LCD display of Canon PIXMA MX320

I bought it secondhand, the language on the LCD is mandarin. I tried what was recommended on Canon's troubleshooting (press menu 3 times, press >+ 2 times etc) but that did not lead me to a menu to change the language. Please help.

My MX490 keeps turning on and off

My MX490 keeps turning on and off and only shows CANON on the screen. It will not let you use any of the buttons. Unplugging does not seem to help. What is Canon doing to fix this problem it's been four days and I need my printer.
