Sorry, I do not like asking for help, but I have exhausted all options. The Canon Website says my new Canon TR4520’s serial number is invalid when I attempt to register the new product and I tried adjusted purchase date to you name it. Until now I have been extremely happy with my Canon products until this very moment. Imo, this just should not happen as we all have better things to do. YOU would appreciate someone who is not on Canon’s payroll to help me since I cannot get someone on their payroll due to this small matter:)
