G6020 Not Scanning

Attempting to scan on my PIXMA G6020 and received a message saying "Please select area to scan". I have a Mac so perhaps this may explain the message. Would appreciate any help!

My PIXMA MG3650S will not print.

I have put new inks in, but the printer will still not print and the black ink light will not go out. The printer cannot show ink levels on the computer. No warning messages come up.

Double sided printing on G3260

This is the first printer where I've had an issue setting automated double sided printing. I'm on Mac (Monterey) and the option is grayed out. How can I fix this? (If it's unfixable, that's a huge problem, we're back to the dark ages.)
