I have a TS302 Pixma printer and recently I had a paper jam. I cleared the paper jam and now I have an error. The orange light flashes 5 times and it won't print. I have turned it on and off. I actually had it unplugged for a few months, hoping it would reset to factory setting, but it didn't
I don't see a paper jam anywhere.
Any suggestions?

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

Thank you for responding. It might just be easier to purchase a new one (different brand) since this one isn’t quite reliable after just two years.
