Somehow I have wound up with 2 Dell Series 21R ink cartridges, I think that they are compatible with Cannon CL 31 does anyone know for sure?

I periodically get an LCD message - Cannot Scan from ADF

Very frustrated in not being able to copy/scan from the ADF on my MX 410 All in One.  LCD message reads: "Cannot scan from ADF".  What causes this kind of problem ?  All help is accepted.

I am receiving an error code 5700 on my PIXMA MX 700 printer.

I have followed Canon  instructions by shutting down and disconnecting the printer from the CPU. On restart I receive the same error code. I can not find what error code 5700 means. Any answers or solutions? Thanks
