We will be glad to help. Where is the paper jam located? For example, is it in the Automatic Document Feeder or inside the Rear Cover? What type of paper is jammed?
Generally speaking, if you are able to see and access the paper, you will want to carefully remove it taking care not to force or tear the paper. If the paper is difficult to remove, there may be either another access way or procedure that can be performed depending on where it's located.
