Poor print light bands . have cleaned heads several tomes tried new black cartridge.

Cannon MX700 printer Light bands on copy cleaned heads several times replaced black ink cartridge.

So we can determine whether this is hardware or software related, please try printing a Nozzle Check and let us know the results:

 1.  Press the <COPY> button.

 2.  Press the <MENU> button.

 3.  Press left or right arrow key to select [MAINTENANCE/SETTINGS].

 4.  Press <OK>.

 5.  [MAINTENANCE] will appear.

 6.  Press <OK>.

 7.  [NOZZLE CHECK] will be highlighted.

 8.  Press <OK>.

 9.  [YES] will be selected.
