I have lost my canon mg3100 info off my dock on my computer and I do not know how to find ink levels

When I go to system preferences and try to check under printers and scanners info I check under settings and I keep getting a message no information available.

MG5220 not printing blue

I have a MG5330 printier.  It is not printing blue.  I have done all the maintenance.  It may print one sheet and then the blue stops printing.

How do I set high resolution on my Canon Pixma 600 printer? Also the copies from my computer look ok, but when I copy them from the printer, I can hardly read the print. Any help out there? Thanks , Martha
