Trying to Print address labels

The program is sking me to complete the characterization sequence before I'm able to  print my job. How do i restart the sequence from the beginning? Somehow, the sequence was interrupted.Thank you!

I periodically get an LCD message - Cannot Scan from ADF

Very frustrated in not being able to copy/scan from the ADF on my MX 410 All in One.  LCD message reads: "Cannot scan from ADF".  What causes this kind of problem ?  All help is accepted. 

MX700 won't print black, installed new ink and deep cleaned, still nothing, any ideas?

I am receiving an error code 5700 on my PIXMA MX 700 printer.

I have followed Canon  instructions by shutting down and disconnecting the printer from the CPU. On restart I receive the same error code. I can not find what error code 5700 means. Any answers or solutions? Thanks

We have the Canon SJC 210 printer.  Need replacement ink cartridge.  All we can find are cartridges for the Canon BJC 210.  Pictures of the two printers appear identical; maybe the BJC 210 is a later version. Does anyone know if the printer cartridge...
