printer has alarm light and error code 3. can not get rid of it. new ink cart. usb connected. running windows 8. also comes up on comp. screen saying paper jam. there is no paper ran through it. pressing sto[ and reset does nothing.

Paper does not feed into printer

So, how are we supposed to fix the Magenta that won't print on new printers? I have a new cart and have only used the one that came with it and it won't print with red. Seems like others are having the same problem from my web searches.

I just got a Cannon printer PIXMA MG 2520. I have a mini laptop and it doesnt have a place for disc's. I need a download so i can use my printer. Can someone help me please. Anyones help with where I can get the download would be greatly appriciated.
