Please Help! my new MX472 scan has a black line in document feeder (SOLVED)

MG6250 only prints half a page

My Mg6250 printer only prints a part of the page or document, it stops printing for a while, then just ejected the paper with only half of a page printed. Is it my computer's problem or is it the printers? What should I do? Thanks in advance. P.S. I ...

Why does my MG 2120 always jam the paper?

My MG2120 wrinkles and then jams the paper as it takes it into the printer.  This happens every time, whether it's one sheet or several.  Nothing helps so far.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Installing new MG7120. Get 5101: "protective material on holder". All plastic is removed! Help

I just turned it on to install everything. Get 5101: "protective material on holder" message on printer. But I removed All plastic and orange tape! Even got a flashlight to look inside entire thing.   Help please!
