My canon mg5320 started putting too much red in the photos.

I have a Canon MG5320 printer.  When I print a photo using hp photo paper it suddenly started adding too much red color to the photographs. Does anyone know how to correct this?

My Canon Pixma 890 is in an error state and I have tried troubleshooting, and removing and installing and it remains in that state.  What can I do to fix this?

ip4000 driver for win 8

I have reloaded the letter size paper, turned printer off and on, cleaning processes, etc, and this error code will not go away. This printer is new, and this is very frustrating.
